By using this website www.dedebee.com (this “Site”) and making online or in person purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.

The owner of this Site (Audrey) assumes no responsibility or liability for any consequence resulting directly or indirectly from the information found on or linked to on this site.
Payment:
All clients must leave a credit card on file. Credit cards will be stored within a secure Wave server.
Sessions are purchased in packages (collectively the “Program”).
Starter Program payment in full is due upon booking the Initial Assessment (first session).
The credit card on file will be charged monthly, commencing the day of the first session for all other Programs, one on one and small groups Programs.
Weekly or full program payments may be arranged upon email request.
All payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Dedebee Yoga Therapy is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the business, Dedebee Yoga Therapy does not offer refunds for yoga therapy services or gift cards. All sales for Yoga Therapy Programs are final. See Cancellation section for policy on missed sessions.
Products & Shipping:
Return policy: if you received a product that you would like to return for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, unused condition. The original and return shipping prices will not be refunded.
For all returns to be processed, it has to be within 15 days of receipt from the date of purchase.
Products might be taxed when shipped outside of Canada, and that must be accounted for by the receiver.
Cancellations:
No cancellations for small group Programs. Missed appointments, and late cancellations are charged the full session price, and the session will be counted as used from the package.
For all other one on one Programs, cancellations must be communicated via the booking system, using the links in the confirmation and reminder emails, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session start. Same day cancellations, missed appointments, and late cancellations are charged the full session price, and the session will be counted as used from the package.
Reminder emails are sent 1 week and 72 hours before the appointment so you have ample time to reschedule before the 48-hour window begins. Although these reminders are sent as a courtesy, it is up to you to remember your appointment.
Consistency is key and you should reschedule a cancelled session as soon as possible to keep in line with your progress.
When possible, I will offer a “make up” session during the same week of the missed session if more than 48 hours’ notice is given (subject to availability, no guarantees). If I am not available for a “make up” session during the same week as the cancellation, an additional session may be scheduled for a future date. In such cases, arrangements will be made in writing for record.
If I cancel the session due to illness or emergency, the missed session will be credited in full towards a future session.
Tardiness:
Yoga Therapy sessions are collaborative and require that you invest time and dedication to see long lasting changes.
Should you be late, with or without notice, the session will conclude at the time originally agreed. Any known delay of more than 15 minutes will result in the session being cancelled. See Cancellation section for policy on missed sessions.
Studio Rental Fee:
An additional hourly studio rental fee is applied to each session taking place at a local studio. Rental fee is to be communicated by the Therapist to the client, and approved in writing by email, prior to booking the space. Studio rental fee subject to change to reflect increased fee of various local studios. No additional administration fee will be due by the client.
Travel fee:
An additional travel fee of $20.00 is applied to each in-person session taking place outside the Primary Service areas. In line with Dedebee Yoga Therapy’s Sustainable Promise, a portion of this fee will be donated to a local environmental charity.
Support:
Support between sessions is essential and available via email. Emails are answered periodically throughout the business day and can take up to 24 hours for response during a normal business week. Please note on certain weekends and statutory holidays, email communication may be limited.
Depending on availability, additional support may be scheduled through Virtual check in session at my discretion.
Etiquette:
Both you and I are required to be on time. I will arrive/open the virtual meeting room 5 minutes prior to the start of the session to allow time to check in with you.
Both you and I are required to maintain a neutral body odor for in-person sessions.
It is best to practice on an empty stomach, therefore you are encouraged to have your last meal at least three (3) hours prior to the session.
You are required to turn off cell phones (and/or ignore landline calls) and ensure the space is free from disturbances for the time of the session.
Ending Relationship:
Any breach of these policies, including consecutive occurrences of booking and canceling sessions, will result in ending the contractual relationship between the parties (client and Therapist).
