Yoga Therapist working with you privately to achieve YOUR wellness goals faster

Dedebee Yoga Therapy was founded in 2017 in the U.K, where I worked with women from various professional backgrounds and lifestyles, offering one-on-one yoga, in their homes.
Soon after moving to Canada and realizing the lack of accessible or customized instruction, I decided to make yoga therapy available to my local communities of South West Calgary by specializing in quality in-home and virtual yoga sessions that are specifically curated to the student’s needs.
What better environment for self-care than your own home? By working together, we create an inviting environment, and set the tone for you to (re)discover your ability to connect with yourself, restore, and heal.
To date, I have worked with individuals (males & females) affected by various conditions/diseases: trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety and depression, Parkinson’s disease, neurological issues, physical injuries/post-surgery rehab, cancer, respiratory conditions, and more.
As an Earth lover, I studied aromatherapy and perfume making. I craft natural perfumes that are both enchanting and healing for body and mind. Learn more here.

Audrey, yoga therapist

Born and raised in the South of France, I lived in three countries for close to ten years before settling in South West Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Having gone through childhood trauma (also called complex trauma or C-PTSD), abusive environments, eating disorders and depression, I am particularly apt at understanding the challenges faced by individuals living with debilitating pain or disease, chronic stress, and mental health issues. I have a special interest in working with individuals who are are dealing with neurological conditions (Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, migraines), trauma & mental health issues.
My journey to yoga therapy started when I met Michelle Ravaux Bruni, yoga therapist in West of France. Experiencing the benefits of sessions tailored to my individual needs, I knew right then that my past experiences were not defining me but rather were meant to have a profound purpose: empowering others to heal from the inside out.
