Yoga Therapist working with you privately to achieve YOUR wellness goals faster
Dedebee Yoga was founded in 2017 in the U.K, where I worked with women from various professional backgrounds and lifestyles, offering one-on-one yoga, in their homes.
Soon after moving to Toronto and realizing the lack of accessible or customized instruction, I decided to make yoga therapy available to Torontonians by specializing in quality in-home yoga sessions that are specifically curated to the student’s needs.
What better environment for self-care than your own home? By working together, we create an inviting environment, and set the tone for you to (re)discover your ability to connect with yourself, restore, and heal.
To date, I have worked with individuals (males & females) affected by various conditions/diseases: trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety and depression, physical injuries/post-surgery rehab, cancer, Parkinson’s disease, neurological issues, respiratory conditions, and more.
As an Earth lover, I studied aromatherapy and perfume making. I craft natural perfumes that are both enchanting and healing for body and mind. Learn more here.

Audrey, yoga therapist
Born and raised in the South of France, I lived in three countries for close to ten years before settling in Toronto, Canada.
Having gone through childhood trauma (also called complex trauma or C-PTSD), abusive environments, eating disorders and depression, I am particularly apt at understanding the challenges faced by individuals caring for, or living with, debilitating pain or disease, chronic stress, and mental health issues. I have a special interest in working with individuals who were/are affected by trauma and/or neurological disorders.
My journey to yoga therapy started when I met Michelle Ravaux Bruni, yoga therapist in West of France. Experiencing the benefits of sessions tailored to my individual needs, I knew right then that my past experiences were not defining me but rather were meant to have a profound purpose: empowering others to heal from the inside out.
My trainings include:
Ξ Vinyasa Flow certification 200 hours
Ξ Depression, Addiction and Anxiety awareness (Aaron Moore) and Trauma Center – Trauma Sensitive Yoga (David Emerson) training 30 hours
Ξ First Aid CPR/AED Level A Certification – St John’s Ambulance
Ξ Yoga Therapist certification 800+ hours – *awaiting certification (September 2021), with Yoga Therapy Toronto (C-IAYT school)
