Yoga Therapist specialized in Parkinson’s Disease
Dedebee Yoga was founded in 2017 in U.K, where I worked with women from various professional background and lifestyles, offering one on one yoga, in their home.
Soon after moving to Toronto and realizing the lack of accessible or customized instruction, I decided to make yoga therapy available to Torontonians by specializing in quality in-home yoga sessions.
What better environment for self-care than your own home?
Although I am trained to work with individuals affected by various conditions/diseases, after working one on one with clients at different stages of Parkinson’s Disease, I decided to focus on those living with often misunderstood diseases, such as Parkinson’s, neurological and functional movement disorders.
As an Earth lover, I studied aromatherapy and perfume making. I am crafting natural perfumes that are both enchanting and healing for body and mind. Learn more here.
Dedebee Yoga is proud to offer a trauma aware, ayurvedic inspired, yoga therapy approach that allows you to (re)connect to your breath, body and mind to a deeper level so you can release tension and shift your limitations to reclaim your health.

Audrey, Therapeutic Yoga Instructor
Born and raised in South of France, I lived in three countries for close to ten years before settling in Toronto, Canada.
Having lived through childhood trauma (also called complex trauma), abusive environment, eating disorders and depression, I am particularly apt at understanding the challenges faced by individuals caring for, or living with chronic stress, and mental health illnesses.
My journey to yoga therapy started when I met Michelle Ravaux Bruni, Yoga Therapist in Taize- Aizie, France. Personally experiencing the benefits of sessions tailored to my individual needs, I knew right then that my past experiences were not defining me but rather were meant to have a profound purpose: empowering others to heal from the inside out.
Mission: To guide individuals towards an active and often complete responsibility in their own healing process
My trainings include:
Ξ Vinyasa Flow certification 200 hours
Ξ Depression, Addiction and Anxiety awareness (Aaron Moore) and Trauma Center – Trauma Sensitive Yoga (David Emerson) training 30 hours
Ξ First Aid CPR/AED Level A Certification – St John’s Ambulance
Ξ Yoga Therapist certification 800 hours – *In progress (year 2), with Yoga Therapy Toronto
