Designed and customized to your very specific needs, our yoga classes are aimed at empowering you regain functionality in some part of your constitution. Our work together will focus on nurturing an awareness in your body and allowing you to connect with the present moment.

How does it work

First, schedule a convenient time for an intro call. This 20 minutes phone consultation will be the opportunity to determine if we are the right fit for each other, and for me to understand your current situation.

Then, we meet at your home for an introductory session where we will assess and dive deeper into your needs and goals.

From there, we create a program to work together once or twice a week, with tailored yoga therapy sessions that address your individual situation. You will receive ongoing one-to-one support to ensure your consistent progress towards your wellness goals.

Personal yoga therapy classes are collaborative and require that both you and me invest time and dedication to see long lasting changes. Consistency is key and a commitment of at least 3 months is required to start.
